This plugin will let you replace keywords in any text field (primerialy aimed at the <%Description%> field though, as thats where much of the best text for "keywords" exits. For example, you could enter "Amazon" as your keyword - and link to http://www.amazon.com, and then anyone with the word "Amazon" in their description, would automatically get linked to Amazon.
