Do you need support via the phone? If so, then this is for you.
We have both a UK and USA number for you to call when you need support.
This option is great for people who have a basic knowledge of LinksSQL, but just need to be walked through a few things.
This package is for TELEPHONE support.
You will be charged in 10 minute increments with a 20 minute minimum per call.
The 1 and 2 hour options are for people with a single, immediate need. Significant savings can be had by pre-purchasing support in 5 or 10 hour blocks.
NOTE:You also avoid "emergency" charges in most cases.
Accounts must be pre-paid. Emergency support on a per-incident basis carries a higher fee, and will be available soon.
