The idea behind this plugin, is that you can limit how many links a user can add. This "PRO" version lets you limit people even more. Example, 1 link every 7 days; or 5 links every 30 days, etc. VERY handy for adult sites, where you get a lot of spam submissions.

The idea behind this plugin, is that you can limit how many links a user can add. If they go over this limit, then they are shown a custom error page. Not a lot of money for this plugin, but the idea behind it should save you hours of work if someone decides to try and SPAM you....
