This plugin gives you a lot more control over how many "changes" (i.e "modifications") a user is permitted to make in a given time. For example, you can set accounts to only be allowed to modify links 5 times - and also have the settings Mins_Between_Modify option, which lets you decide how many minutes a user must wait, before they can modify their next link.

Plugin Description

Features

• Allows you to limit the number of times a user can modify their listings (overall, not per-link)
• You can even set an interval between them modifying their listings (i.e modify a link, then must have a 10 minute gap, before the next link can be edited)
• Error messages are easily customizable in the plugin settings.
• Fits right into the luna template set, so it should be as simple as installing, and adding one line of template code to modify_success.html.
