Do you need support via interactive chat or IM? If so, then this is for you. We have both UK and USA support members for you to page when you need support. Your questions can be answered in real time, or your site/problem can be looked at directly and fixed.
This option is great for people who have a basic knowledge of LinksSQL, but just need to be walked through a few things.
You will be charged in 10 minute increments with a 20 minute minimum per incident.
The 1 and 2 hour options are for people with a single, immediate need. Significant savings can be had by pre-purchasing support in 5 or 10 hour blocks.
NOTE:You also avoid "emergency" charges in most cases.
Accounts must be pre-paid. Emergency support on a per-incident basis carries a higher fee, and will be available soon.
You'll be able to check your support status on-line in the near future.
