This has been tested on 10,000+ categories. NOTE: We've decided to release this as a "free" plugin, since it doesn't add functionality to a site, and can rescue a bad mistake you made in the middle of the night.

Completly works out the Full_Name for your categories. For example, if somehow the full name got changed from;
/Regional/Europe/UK
to
/Regional/UK
Then running the plugin, would set the Full_Name correctly.
