can't find file Can't Post

Hi Andy,

Just running the Dmoz wisard import and I seem to have no problem until I try and execute the script through Perl (not surprising, knowing my server, huh). I get the error that no such file exists. of course I had to go see if it did, and it does exist. what could be the problem?

Thanks,

Meredith

yes, the one that is being asked for when I run the SSH command. It says no such file as in dmoz_cron.cgi?

Just to be sure, is this a dedicated server, or shared?

Well, my guess would be that its down to your folder permissions. Check that the admin folder is CHMOD 777, and then try it again. Hows it work?

Please be careful though, as a 1Gb file is downloaded and decompressed on your server, to make sure you have the space available to you Wink

I changed the permissions from 755 to 777 but noticed that the command to run this is also referring to a log.txt file which isn't in the admin folder but in the top heirarchy of the file directory. I moved this to the admin folder to test and still no go.

As I said, I wouldn't recommend running this script; but if you are really wanting to get it going, please send over LinksSQL and SSH access, and I'll take a look for you.
