Last night I put it all into a new tar file, fixed up some minor install issues, and added in import code for the MyFavs SQL version.
Right now I need a test site that is running the MyFaves in SQL mode so I can fine tune it, and check out the templates.
1) The install will *NOT* change any files you have on your system.
2) The install will *NOT* delete your old tables. (or files, despite the options)
3) The install will set up the MyFavLinks tables, install templates and the .cgi, and try to import the MyFaves links.
4) The install uninstalls _completely_ (except for templates) tables, and all.
5) The install is invisible to users, until you put the links in your templates eg: it can be tested by using
.../path/to/user_cgi/MyFavLinks.cgi from the browser bar.
Any takers?
I do need access to your links admin, in order to install and fix up the templates.
You still will have to integrate the template fragments into your system, but it will half ready.
